I see not many local teams from the Webster, Watertown SD area signed up early bird. Just curious how much interest from the local area, any feedback from the chamber or AAP from this area? Waubay is a sleeper that has lost its luster over the past 10 years but it is back and we should see some really big 4 fish slot limit weights. Because of the 2 fish per person and only 1 of those fish being allowed over 20 inches per person it will be intersting, but I really think we will see some 20lb one day weights with 35-45 lbs to win it with a 2 day combined weight. Last year there was alot of 7-11 pound fish caught in the late summer. Definetly will be interesting and the one I am looking forward to the most.

I think once we get closer you will see more teams. It's up to the anglers to get the word out though. We all need to recruit. I am sure if you have a few places to put applications the MWC would send you a supply.
