A question has come up in regards to the rigging of crawler harnesses in Green Bay. Fishing regulations are the following: Each angler may fish with a total of three baits, lures or hooks.

A crankbait is considered one lure even though it has three hooks on it.

A crawler harnesses is considered one bait as long as the crawler is attached to all hooks. So you can use two single hooks and a treble on the end as long as each hook is attached to the bait.
