Will we need a Michigan license no matter where we fish?

A Michigan license is required as our tournament weigh-in is in Michigan waters.
If you aren't fishing Wisconsin waters you could get by without that one -- but NO ONE can get by without a Michigan license. If you are fishing Wisconsin waters you will need BOTH. |
