Our President/CEO Nancy Evensen announced Thursday 7/12/07 that Pilot Group has successfully purchased North American Membership Group, Inc. (NAMG is the parent company to North American Fishing Club, Masters Walleye Circuit and others.)

Pilot Group is a non-traditional, private investment firm founded in 2003 by a group of operating executives who have worked together for over 20 years in a variety of consumer-focused companies. The members of Pilot Group have had success in building a series of internationally-recognized branded businesses, including MTV, AOL, CENTURY 21 Real Estate and Six Flags Theme Parks. Pilot Group looks for investment opportunities in businesses where the combined expertise of its members can add significant value. The group’s strategy is to invest in and increase the value of consumer branded companies by partnering with existing management and ownership teams, advising on operations and strategy and using its members’ extensive business relationships to facilitate new strategic opportunities.
