I was just checking to make sure that we can sign up for the challenge ant any time. We are already signed up for the entire central division and are now considering Saginaw. Will we still be considered part of the challenge division signing up this late? Also, is it possible to take in the top 5 in points in the challenge as well as the division? Thanks,

Yes, you can still sign on for a fourth tournament -- as long as you are "in" all three tournaments for the division. No problem if you get in later.

Not sure what you're asking about the 5? Please re-state your question...

If we fish Saginaw and Leech and finish 5th in points for the challenge and the division, do we get money for both?

Yes, you can get pay-out for falling into the top 5 for division points and also for the top 5 for the Challenge.
