Good Morning Kristine
Question on the credit card billing. The entry form explanation states that teams may pay in full at the time of entry, or elect for installment billing. There is no place on the form to designate full or installment pay. If I understand this correctly, all teams paying be credit card will be installment billed? Thanks, Rick Stange 219 guy |

Good morning!
There are different forms. Some do have a tick box to indicate installment billing. In the case you are using a form without that, and are submitting a credit card for payment, we will assume installment billing unless indicated otherwise. Please note that in the rules for '05 there will be a $10 processing charge/fee if a credit card does not go through the first time for installment billing. We had too many problems with this last year -- so there is a consequence if you are not paying attention to that detail. Hope that helps. Now....back to the fax machine! :-) |

We have rec'd 47 MWC Central Early Bird entries so far today -- and 6 MWC East Early Bird entries. Definitely in line with where I thought things would be at. But a VERY GOOD START! We're glad to have you on board for the season. Please note that you have until January 24th at NOON to submit your early bird entries. (Noon -- Central time at our office) Because we have to design and print the Early Bird directory booklet after the end of the early bird registration and get the printed/final product out in advance of the Spring Valley tournament (mid-March) we definitely would prefer that you send in your entry forms earlier rather than later. That way we can get the booklet paperwork and photos moving as well. Thanks for your cooperation. If you are fishing early bird, please be prepared to send a photo in for the booklet. I've updated what came in on the fax over night. Since the "rush" is over, we will update this roster once a day. That way, if you want to see if your entry has been received, you just need to check back the next day.
Beginning Monday, we'll post for the "single" entries that are in, so that you don't have to call or as us to reply on receipt of those either. That WON'T mean that those listed are in the tournaments that they asked for. It just means that we're confirming receipt of the entry form. All entry forms will go into the first day's batch and we do anticipate a lottery for some of the Central division tournaments. Here's the current update as of this morning: MWC Central: SV: 85 WB: 85 GB: 85 MWC East: DR: 34 HH: 14 DK: 14 Entries will be accepted until Monday, January 24th at Noon (Central). Then we wait and put in the single tournament entries on February 1st. Congratulations to Mike & Frank for being our first full circuit team in 2005. The expansion to the East was meant for growing a circuit in a new area for new anglers. But you knew this had to happen one day. |
