I think it is a wonderful, overdue idea. We have a lot of great fisherman out here, and they are "chomping at the bit" to get into a circut like this. The LPWC could have been a good circut, too bad for the poor management. I think this would be great to see how the Eastern and Central fisherman compare with the Western folks.
