Can someone post the number/locations of Premier Teams?

Also, I know it's difficult to post contingency programs early, but it's also difficult to wait on making a shirt to match criteria. The Cabelas Angler Cash recommends a logo on a shirt. I'm sure most of us have our shirts already made.
