The top four finishers from each division in 2009 were selected to go to the 2010 NTC.

I HAD HEARD THAT THE TOP TEN FROM 2009 NTC IS QUALIFIED FOR THE 2010 NTC. IS THERE ANY TRUTH TO THAT?
