In general, most states do not allow the transportation of live bait INTO their state from another state. I've rec'd notice of this from a few states, but even if I haven't rec'd notice -- they still might not allow it. We have tournaments in SoDak and NoDak and they are not allowing it for sure per their correspondence to me.

Any other states that allow it? I'm assuming not -- but if it is allowed in your state -- please post a reply here so I can check it out with proper authorities.

Some of the states include leeches as "live bait" and have heard possible issues with crawlerws next year. Going to be confusing!

In MT, you can NOT bring minnows ot leeches into the state.

For WY, you can NOT bring minnows into that state, and if you have minnows, you need a reciept of where you bought them, all bait dealers have a form you need to have.
